Account Executive

Job responsibilities: Ensures all transactions are properly recorded and entered the computerised accounting system. Perform data analysis for audit and tax submission in an accurate and timely manner. Maintains company ledgers and daily financial transactions. Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, track them to the source and correct them. Maintains the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all transactions. Monitors and maintains fixed asset register. Involve in month end and year end account closing activities (Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and General Ledgers). Dealing with any system or application development, integration and migration related to Finance (i.e. Oracle Cloud, C2I, e-Invoicing, etc.) Perform any ad-hoc analysis relating to financial data or any ad hoc assignments as and when required. Ensure all financial regulations are strictly adhered to. The minimum requirements are: Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as accounting, finance, accounting, business studies, economics, or other related field. At least 3 years of experience in similar field. Incumbent need to have experience with accounting software, statistical analysis tools and other industry-specific prediction applications.
