Account Executive

JOB VACANCYPOSITION : ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVELOCATION : SIMPANG PULAI, PERAKSALARY : RM 3500-4500JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Full set accounts, control and manages end-to-end financial processes in support of the account which includes collections, payments, preparing management monthly reports, balance sheet reconciliation and bank reconciliations- Treasury role - allocate, plan and monitor- Costing computation- Prepare documentation of exports of company products and communicate with customers in China, where speaking, writing and reading in Mandarin is required- Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy- Process monthly sales commission and monitor in admin and human resource related tasks and compliance- Collaborate with auditors, tax agents, banks, legal officers and other statutory bodies / authorities.- Prepare SST submission- Update fixed assets listing and handle monthly inventory report.- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc / additional duties, and responsibilities as and when requiredJOB REQUIREMENTS- At least 4 years related work experience- Familiar with SQL Accounting System is an added advantage- Required Skill(s) : MS Office - Excel, Words and Power Point**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
