**Account Executive (RM2400-RM4300)**An Account Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the company. You will be responsible to ensure accurate financial records, compliance with accounting regulations, and efficient financial processes.**Responsibilities**:- **Financial Record Keeping**: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by recording transactions, verifying accuracy, and reconciling discrepancies.Prepare and post journal entries to update accounts.- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Process and verify invoices, bills, and purchase orders. Prepare and distribute invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable balances.- **Bank Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank statements with company records regularly to ensure accuracy. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.- **Expense Management**:Review and process employee expense reports.Monitor and control company expenditures to ensure they align with budgetary constraints.- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.- **Budget Support**: Assist in the development of annual budgets.- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments & external auditors. accountants to gather financial information and provide support as needed.**Qualifications**:- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).- Can do Full Set Account- Understanding in any accounting software is added advantage- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.- Willing to work in Gerik, Perak (Free Accomodation Provided)We provide a young & fun working environment.
