Account Executive

Conducting Financial Analysis and providing insights on budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.- This involves analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.- Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial information to management and external stakeholders.- Assisting in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.- Collaborating with other departments to gather information and analyze variances between actual results and budgeted expectations.- Monitoring expenses and analyzing cost drivers to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.- Implementing cost control measures and providing recommendations to management.- Performing day-to-day accounting tasks, such as recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring adherence to accounting principles and standards.- Assisting in the month-end and year-end closing processes.- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) or IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).- Coordinating with auditors during financial audits and providing necessary documentation.- Participating in the implementation and enhancement of financial systems and processes.- Communicating financial information and analysis to internal stakeholders, such as senior management, department heads, and cross-functional teams.- Providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.- Identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization within the finance and accounting function.- Implementing best practices and driving efficiency enhancements.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobs**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- full set of account: 3 years (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Baling: Relocate before starting work (required)
