Account Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Handle full set of account- Plan financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management with management team.- Manage accounts receivable and payable.- Process financial transactions.- Prepare financial reports.- Liaise with external parties such as clients, supplier, secretary, auditors etc.- Perform administrative tasks- Ensureing transparency, efficiency in all transaction.**Skills and Qualifications**:- Minimum Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field- Work experience at least 2 year and above- Familiarity with finance regulations- Proficiency and hands on experience in accounting software.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information- Good time management and organizational skills: Being able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines is essential.**Benefits**:- Annual leave/Medical leave- Salary Increment- Overtime Pay- Career Development- EPF & SOCSOPay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience in accounting software?**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Accounting: 1 year (required)Willingness to travel:- 25% (preferred)Application Deadline: 06/15/2024Expected Start Date: 06/01/2024
