Account Executive

**Company Name **:Miint Design Sdn Bhd**Working Experience (Min) **:2 years**Working Hours **:8:30AM - 6:00PM ( 5 days per week )**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:- Handle full set account and payroll.- To manage accounts payable transactions and ensure that all invoices are paid accurately- To assist in the preparation of Sales order cycle, issue quotations, invoices, receipts & etc.- To manage all financial transactions from utilities, bill payments, & monthly expenses claim- Ensure timely payment from client, record, develop and maintain a filing system for the company- Providing administrative support.**Company benefits**- Yearly bonus provided- Free snacks- Birthday celebration- Medical claims- Swimming pool and gym facilities provided- Free movie ticket**Requirements**:- Able to work multi-task and work independently- Knowledge of **Autocount** is a plus point- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Power Point, especially Excel).- Preferable 2 years of working experience with full set account experience and payroll- **Good communication skills, written and verbal (Mandarin)**, with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management.- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply**Working Days and Time**- Mon to Fri8:30 am to 6 pm- Sat alternative8:30 am to 1:30 pm**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
