1.Maintaining a full set of accounting records of the Company in accordance with the relevant standards and statutory requirements including ensuring the completion of the General Ledger and Balance Sheet reconciliations and P&L statements. 2.Oversee the general accounting operation, including leading the month-end closing process to ensure it is completed in a timely and accurate manner. 3.Provide and interpret the monthly financial information and operating reports to the Management. 4.Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures are fully compliant with company policy. 5.Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems. Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system. 6.To assist in the preparation of the annual budget and business plan. Ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately, in a timely manner, and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. 7.To collaborate and work closely with other departments related to accounting issues and monthly closing reporting. 8.To prepare the monthly profit and cash flow forecasts and projections to facilitate the tracking and monitoring of the finances of the business unit. 9.To maintain schedules for amortization, fixed asset, tax estimates, construction costs incurred to date against budget and other schedules. 10.To collate information required for the computation and submission of annual income tax returns 11.To be responsible for supplier invoices and intercompany invoicing and receipting. Ensure compliance with all local regulations, taxation, audit, and statutory reporting in Malaysia. 12.To liaise with auditors, tax agents, solicitors, authorities, bankers, and other professionals on financial-related matters. 13.To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to timeProviding unarmed security servicesBachelor's or Equivalent
