Account Executive

**Requirements**:- Proficient in multiple languages- Experience in payroll processing will be added advantage- Able to handle full set account will be added advantage**Job descriptions**:- Handling company account- Prepare financial statement, balance sheet, invoice processing, payment & transaction- Able to manage general ledger, account receivables, account payable, cashbook and filling independently- Liaise with auditor and tax agent on statutory reporting matter- Perform daily operation to manage the billing, payment, bank transaction, planning of cash flow and other relevant account activities- Budgeting and rolling forecast bi-quarterly and yearly basis- Monitor bank balances and preparation of monthly bank reconciliations- Ad-hoc reports**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
