Account Executive

Job ResponsibilitiesPerform monthly closing including preparation of journal entries, accounting entries, monthly balance sheet reconciliation, financial and management report in accordance with specified deadlines.Maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date accounting records including reconciliation of financial discrepancies.Identify issues and recommend improvements to ensure increase efficiency and effectiveness of accounting process and procedures.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial policies and statutory requirements.Job RequirementsBachelor Degree in Accounting, preferably with ACCA/CPA or a member of MIA.Conversant with the reporting standards for corporate financial reporting and standards (MFRS), corporate taxation, Bursa Malaysia listing and other regulatory requirements.Preferably with knowledge in ERP / SAP system.Proactive, result-oriented and team player with good analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.Willing to travel to the operation sites as and when instructed.
