1. To handle Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR).**Account Payable**- Process and monitor payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, reimbursements and documentation.- To key in and update any fixed asset purchases in fixed asset module.- Perform day to day management of all payment via cheque or online transfer.- Verify invoices and update all payment transaction to the accounting system on a daily basis.- To handle petty cash and reimbursement.**Account Receivable**- Ensure sales and collection transactions are captured in accounts accurately and timely.- To prepare monthly statements of account and send to customers timely.- To monitor AR aging, communicate with sales team on payment status, billing disputes and overdue invoice regularly.- To monitor and follow up on collection with customer on outstanding debts.- To assist in the monthly closing of accounts and preparation of reports/schedules on a timely manner:- _AR Aging reports_- _Cash and Bank Reconciliation_- _Debtor reconciliations_2. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.3. Perform other ad-hoc assignment and duties assigned by superior from time to time.**Qualifications and requirements**:- Possess at least LCCI / Diploma / Bachelor in Accountancy.- At least 1 to 5 years working experience in the related field.- Knowledge in bookkeeping, any accounting system and MS Office (Words and Excel).- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong teamwork, leadership skills and work ethic.- Independent, initiative, self-starter and willing to work with minimum supervision.- Ability to prioritise workloads.- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.- Immediate available is highly preferred.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parking- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayApplication Deadline: 12/31/2023
