Account Executive

Record financial transactions, including expenses, income and invoices.- Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.- Prepare financial statements and reports regularly. - Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.- Monitor budgetary control and report variances.- Managing payments through online transactions.- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary financial documents and explanation during audit processes.PREFERRED SKILLS- Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks.- Excellent communication and interpersonal and skillsADDITIONALNOTES:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.- 2-4 years of experiences in accounting or financial management.- Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record - keeping.- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Kota Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- accounting or financial management.: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
