Account Executive (Supervisor) / Penang / Rm3500

**Responsibilities**:- Manage full set of accounts, including maintaining accounts up to Trial Balance, conducting Bank Reconciliation, and monitoring cash flow.- Maintain fixed assets schedule and oversee Account Receivable & Account Payable reporting.- Provide supervision and guidance to accounting assistants on daily accounting tasks.- Handle general accounting functions and ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.- Manage yearly budget and audit processes.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma graduates in Accounting/Finance/Audit or equivalent.- Minimum 2-3 years of related working experience.- Proficient with Mandarin speaking to liaise with vendor & customers.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Experience**:- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
