34874 ZZ A(A50)Position: Account cum HR AssistantIndustry: Internet CafeSalary Package: RM 2000- RM 2500Working Location: Work From HomeWorking Days: Monday to FridayWorking Hours: 9am-6pm or 12pm to 9pm (1 rest hour) (Actual working hours will be confirmed in interview section)Benefits: Salary Increment (Increase RM500 after probation period), Bonus, Attendance Allowance (RM300), Travel Allowance (per trip)/Travel Reimbursement, EPF, SOCSO, Annual Leave & Sick LeaveJob Scope:- Handle full set accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset and general ledger of the company.- Monitor and update daily attendance of employees and workers.- Responsible for staff payroll preparation- Preparation and filing of all HR documents.- Assist with all statutory matters when required.- Perform the data entry based on the instruction of superior- Travel to Horizon Hills area to collect the relevant documents- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.**Requirements**:- Must have at least Diploma in Finance /Accountancy or equivalent- Must have at least 2 years of relevant Accounting experience to be able to perform the job scope- Must stay near to Horizon Hills area to be convenient to collect documents when needed- Must have own laptop/desktop and Internet connection- Must be computer literate- Must have the basic knowledge about full set accounts and HR related matters- Independent, committed, proactive, possess initiative, able to multitasking and willing to learn- Must be able to speak & writing in Bahasa Melayu and English & Chinese- Able to speak & writing in Chinese will be added advantage
