Account Manager

Manage and ensure effective day-to-day operations of overall accounting and finance functions. - Responsible for doing a full set of accounts using accounting software such as SQL, AutoCount, etc - Oversee and approve daily accounting transactions including intercompany transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and overall reconciliations. - Monitor invoices, cash flow and general expense variances against budget while managing budgets and costs effectively. - Analyse the accounting and financial records of individuals and establishments to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards and procedures. - Advising on, planning and installing budgetary, accounts controlling and other accounting policies and systems;- Preparing and certifying financial statements for presentation to management, shareholders and statutory or other bodies;- Responsible for taxation matters including liaising with tax authorities and tax consultants. - Liaise with both internal and external parties such as bankers, auditors and company secretaries on all treasury, statutory and compliance matters. - Work closely with the Director on preparing or reporting related budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for the business. - Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Director.Bachelor's or Equivalent
