Job Description is Book Keeping inclusive of the following responsibilities (must be able to use UBS accounting software):
1. Book keeping and Financial Report i.e P&L, B&S, TB using UBS accounting software.
2. Monthly Cashflow and Monthly Cost Allocation
3. Monthly Bank Reconciliation
4. Payments
5. Keep up with Fixed Asset Listing and Inventory Listing
6. Invoicing, CN or DN
7. Chase payments
8. Human Resource
9. Update Salary and Commission Table
10. Salary Payment Salary
11. PCB, EPF, SOCSO and EIS
12. Monthly payslip for staff
13. EA forms at the end of the year for staff
14. Prepare financial report for the year for audit
15. Liaise with auditors, company secretary, authorities,clients and others
16. Filing
