JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Develop a short term and long term sales strategy & plan to achieve set sales department objectives and goals (i.e. sales revenue, growth, market share and profitability). Ensure all planned activities are implementing effectively by meeting the set objectives: i.e number of attendance, recruitment of business builders and sales target. Ensure that all events initiated meet up to the company expectations in terms of content, attendance, number of business builders and recruitments. Ensure all planned activities cum sales campaigns are meeting the set objectives Build up business market : Drive the business expansion as per the Group's direction Monitoring the consultants' performances – to propose remedy action plan to overcome the short fall ( if any). Key development and sales management - Support network leaders in the network development and sales growth. Conduct regular trainings and meetings with key consultants – gather market feedbacks, communicate company sales strategy. Field work with consultants is necessary especially in reviewing the results hence training, coaching and mentoring are to ensuring the progress and growth Any other functions, which may be assigned by the Top management from time to time This position requires to travel JOB COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS: Qualification Possess tertiary qualification in business/marketing related discipline or equivalent. Experience Min 5 years managerial experience in sales (preferably in MLM industry). Skills & Knowledge Good command of language Mandarin and Malay is a must ( bi language or tri language) Command good public speaking skill Leadership and people management Strategic planning Good interpersonal skills Knowledge in MS Office Behavioral Traits – State the type of personality required to fit the job Determined nature and results-oriented Do things in a structured manner Positive disposition Good team player Patience Creative
