Responsibilities Engage and foster relationships with senior (often but not always HR) executives in medium and large enterprises across Malaysia to drive sales outcomes. Tailor Thomas solutions to fit seamlessly within each client's unique business context and desired objectives. Achieve annual booking targets by consistently meeting quarterly pacing and delivering successful outcomes. Identify and pursue new leads within the assigned account territory, both reactively and proactively, including personal outreach to key prospects. Collaborate with regional sales teams and peers to share knowledge and develop best practices. Create and execute a personalized Business Development plan. Identify new prospects within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to expand our customer base. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Work alongside the local SDR to develop account plans tailored to the needs of client leads. Collaborate with the customer marketing team to ensure campaigns align with customer needs. Requirements Results-oriented yet strongly collaborative approach. Proficient and engaging communicator with C-level executives, particularly in virtual settings. Familiarity with selling to professional decision-makers in both mid-sized and large organizations. Exceptional proficiency in utilizing Salesforce CRM, including effective forecasting. Documented success in selling SaaS solutions. Adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
