**Responsibilities**:- Follow up with bank to ensure bank balance is up to date and make sure that real time information is given to MD & relative departments (e.g. Marketing & Shipping department, purchasing department, etc.).- Ensure no omitted sales & purchases invoices and bank & cash payment voucher before update account record and make payments to suppliers.- Update and ensure accuracy of account records (e.g., Account Payable, Account Receivable, Bank Book), inventory report (e.g., WIP & Finished Goods), Fixed Asset Schedule, General Ledger record.- Financial Statement preparation and ensure Financial reports are submitted in timely manner monthly to Directors or relevant authorities.- Analysis of Financial statements and provide advice to Directors.- Responsible for external/internal audit processes, and compliance with financial regulations and standards- Manage cashflows and liaise with banks for exchange rate management.- Liaise with banks for company investments and provide management advice.- Calculate costing for reporting to Directors.- Manage Accounting team to create a competent team.- Counter check all the financial reports prepared by account assistant & account clerk.- Counter check payment made to local suppliers.- Liaise with banker, company auditors and tax agents.- Renew the relative certificate on the due date (e.g. Bank Guarantee, Fire Insurance, Air Compressor, etc.).- Update Costing List.- Manage company's properties.**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday
