Account Payable Analyst (Ap)

**Employer Background**:Well-established Multinational Shared Services Center (APAC)**Position Title**:Account Payable Analyst**Employment Type**:1 year contract (Highly renewable/convertible)**Working Location**:Bangsar South (Reachable by LRT)**Your Main Responsibility**:- Provide Accounts Payable transaction processing support to deliver Accounts Payable services to company customers in accordance with established Accounts Payable processes and work procedures and in compliance with company policies, FRC requirements and local company legal and statutory requirements (if applicable).- Ensure that timelines and quality meet the agreed service levels and targets.- To act as a backup, assist and perform other AP tasks as and when required.- Support new and existing team members through proper knowledge transfer, sharing of resource, knowledge and experience**Requirements**:- Degree in accounting, finance or business administration, with 1 year relevant work experience.- External experience in a shared service or business process outsourcing engagement preferred.- Experience working in an MNC or Malaysian Public listed company.- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to deal with China vendors) with good communication and writing skills.- Experience working in an SAP work environment- Fresh Graduate are welcomed to apply!!**What do we provide to you for you to succeed?**- You will be remunerated with Good Basic Salary based on experience- Working with stable & well-established company- Fun & cozy workplace & colleagues- Career Advancement Opportunities- Work from home**Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Language**:- English and Mandarin (preferred)
