Process accounts payable invoices, staff claims, credit cards, journal posting and month end activities.Handle critical queries and provide accurate information to key stakeholders, internal and external.Participate in compliance audits and respond to audit queries on a timely manner as and when required.Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records.Maintain accounts payable ledger and vendor data information in the system accurately.Ensuring all issues pertaining to vendor invoices are resolved and all invoices are processed on a timely basis by each month-end.Preparing accruals at month-end.Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliation and aging on a monthly basis.Handle accounts payable transactions and accounting queries from other departments.Assist in preparing monthly accounting statement, analysis and report.Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time.Perform back up functions and other duties as and when required.Yonghuat Marketing Sdn Bhd is located in Melaka, was first established in 1979 and started up with sole proprietorship.
