Account Receivable Assistant

Job ResponsibilityHandle daily documentation and proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner.Record & data entry for expenses, bills and filing other financial documents.Provide administrative & operation support to colleagues and management.Prepare quotation, invoice, and check stock report.Responsibility for supporting accounts and human resources-related matters.Any ad hoc task assigns by superior.Job RequirementsPossess Diploma / Degree in Account courses.Fresh graduate/ candidate that don't have experience are welcome to apply; Prefer candidates have related account experience.Able to communicate in English & Mandarin.Willing to learn, hardworking, self-disciplined, able to complete task within timeline given.Experience in handling other Accounts task will be an advantage.Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.Strong organizational skill may be required.Job Benifits5 working days per weekBetter Career DevelopmentYoung culture all 90 genzStaff discount on their productsOT paidTraining providedNice office environment (nice view from building, nice interior design)Annual leaveMedical leave
