List-ID: 97318782Today 16:07**Job Description**:- Reporting to Building Executive / Building ManagerJob ScopeAccounts Receivables- Manage and maintain customer accounts, making sure the money customers owe isn't past due.- Acquire information on debtors, including finding details such as new addresses and other contact information.- Collect payments and negotiate partial payments.Working closely with Treasury to manage multiple delinquent accounts for collection efforts.- Assist Treasury to plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.- Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts / Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or accounts.(a) Updating the list of defaulters, including accounts information on the aging of debts;(b) Contact defaulters periodically using all available forms of communication;(c) Send written reminders to defaulters, seeking prompt payment of all sums due;(d) Verify the addresses and related correspondence particulars of defaulters;(e) Advise defaulters to settle all dues owing and keep them aware of legal obligations;(f) Urge defaulters to pay all debts directly to the OGHMC and provide them with adequate information as regards to the available payment channels;(g) Ensure that the mutually acceptable instalment payment plans are negotiated between defaulters and OGH;(h) Ensure that full payment of all sums due and payable are collected from defaulters;(i) Provide monthly reports and advise OGHMC with regard to debt collection efforts and other related issues;(j) Attend meetings held by OGHMC on the prevailing status of debt collection efforts;(k) Obtain legal assistance and other supplementary services as and when required for the satisfactory performance of debt collection services; and(l) Liasing with the accountant/accounting services company and the external auditors on information related to the defaulters.*Administrative*- Daily collection (Cash/IBFT/Cheque)- Issue billing(Invoices) & water bills- Attend to incoming phone calls and walk in enquiries- Assist on issued car sticker open/ covered carpark and access cards.- Monitoring daily collection for visitor carpark and sports facilities.- Any other suitable duties as directed by the Building Executive / Manager.- Working Hours- 5-day week + 1 Saturday half day per month- Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm- Saturday - 9.00am to 1.00pm- Job Details**Job Info & Requirement**- Contract Type- Full-time- Job Type- Non-Executive- Experience Level- 1-3 years- Job Categories- Others- Minimum Education Required- Qualifications and Skill Set - Minimum Diploma level qualifications in basic accounting and bookkeeping skills. - Research and record-keeping skills. - Superior communication abilities and stron- Language Required- English, Bahasa Malaysia- Nationality Preferred- Malaysians Only- Gender Preferred- All Genders- Own Transport- None**Salary & Other benefits**- Salary**RM 2 000 - 2 300 per month**- Other Benefit (Optional)- Remuneration and Benefits - RM2,000 - RM2,300 - EPF / SOSCO / Medical Benefits - Outpatient - Group Personal Accident
