ABOUT THE JOBZeno Group is searching for an Account Supervisor on the Digital Health & Wellness team to lead the day-to-day on all things digital and social media for assigned accounts. They will be instrumental in assisting in the conceptualization, digital and social strategy and sometimes execution of campaigns and evergreen content for a leading health and wellness clients across corporate, product and disease awareness clients . This is a client-facing position, that mixes both digital strategy and account management tasks. The AS, Digital Health & Wellness must possess a strong understanding of digital, social, and, have experience within the health and wellness communications space. Daily responsibilities include developing social media strategies, project management for ongoing projects, reviewing and writing copy for social and website, performance reporting, integration with paid media strategy and recognizing the need to escalate or resolve any conflicts or confusion.Responsibilities:Strong media relations experience, with a track record of securing opportunities across healthcare and beyond Drives social media strategy across channels, especially Meta, X, and LinkedIn, to ultimately engage audiences and drive desired actions that align with client business objectives. Copy review (and sometimes creation) for both paid and organic social media calendars to support specific campaigns, milestones and evergreen content. Helps shape digital and social strategy plans, program development and looks for incremental opportunities.Integrates with broader account, paid media, creator/influencer and analytics teams to ensure all elements ladder up to broader digital strategy and showcase ROI.Ensures client tone and voice remain consistent across digital ecosystem.Supports junior staff in keeping things moving, managing client requests and prioritizing deliverables.Understands and can drive performance reporting to showcase success and leverage insights to inform future content plans.Provides counsel on plans and opportunities and has a strong understanding of everchanging the digital landscape and trends to help keep clients informed.Contributes 360° holistic ideas that come to life in digital based on Communications ideas and KPIs.Creates seamless partnership with counterparts from partner teams to ensure integration of digital teams with all functions. Proactively advocates for breakthrough digital work and seeks out industry best practices, including sharing of success to the broader internal team and positioning Zeno as thought leaders to external partners/clients. Pushes for higher level analysis of data for reporting and optimization. Continually seeks to evolve knowledge of specialty, client's business and competitors, vertical industry, media landscape, and emerging trends in consumer behavior.Actively participates in the learning community for your specialty, both as an enthusiastic learner and one who shares knowledge with others.Requirements:Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) and, if hired, present proof of vaccination before start date. Candidates may request an accommodation due to a disability or sincerely held religious belief or an exception required under applicable lawAt least 5 years of Digital Account experience, preferably in health & wellness or a related area.Knowledge of social/digital media trends.Knowledge of nuanced online communities in health (HCP and patient) a plus.Understanding of measurement and reporting, experience with tools and analytics. Experience leveraging both paid and organic social media tactics, and an eagerness to learn more.Possesses strong organization and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner.Excellent written communication skills, essential for client emails, copywriting and deck development.Excellent presentation skills, for client calls and presentations.Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to jump in and support the group.Proactive, forward-thinking, and reliable; ability to manage a project lifecycle from beginning to end with enthusiasm and excellence.Carry themselves with confidence & professionalism as they will often be representing Zeno in client-facing situations.Pay range: $65,000 to $94,000 USDAn employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees.
