Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a part-time Account Support Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. The Account Support Assistant will be responsible for providing support to our account management team and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our client accounts.

Responsibilities:1. Assist account managers in preparing client account documents and maintaining accurate records.2. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure excellent customer service.3. Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations.4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.5. Support the account management team in various ad-hoc tasks as required.6. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.2. Energetic and hardworking personality traits.3. Strong adaptability and teamwork skills.4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.6. Knowledge of financial markets and investment products is an advantage.
