Proton Holdings Berhad, a leading automotive company based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team. We are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role to take on this mid-to-senior level position.

As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing the delivery of services to meet client expectations. You will also be responsible for analyzing account performance, developing strategies for growth, and providing leadership to a team of account support professionals.

The ideal candidate for this role will be driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Strong analytical skills and leadership abilities are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:- Manage key client accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within existing accounts- Analyze account performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement- Lead a team of account support professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and exceed expectations

Requirements:- At least 8 years of experience in a similar role- Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions- Excellent leadership abilities and experience managing a team- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
