Job Description:

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a dedicated Account Support Manager to join our team on a remote basis in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. This is a part-time position at a Mid-to-Senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or related fields.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.3. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations and drive account growth.4. Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients.6. Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or queries they may have in a professional and efficient manner.7. Support the Sales team in developing and executing account strategies and plans.8. Work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate billing and payment processing for clients.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2. Proven experience in account management or a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing key accounts.3. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.5. Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a team player and collaborator.6. Reliable and passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients.7.
