**Position Title: Accountant,Financial Planning & Reporting.**:- **Salary: 6000-7000.**:- **Job location: Cheras (5-day week), Kuala Lumpur.****About the hiring company**:- Our client is a well established,respected and renowned property development and management company with subtantial development projects across the country. A vacancy on permanent basis has arisen for the position of Accountant (at Assistant Manager level) within the internal property developement division.**Responsibilities**:- Report directly to the Manager of Planning and Reporting.- Key responsibilities include providing financial support to the property management team across a portfolio of properties to ensure timely accurate reporting, forecasting and analysis which will contribute to commercial decisions.- As Accountant, you will be responsible for financial reporting and variance analysis, budget planning and control, cashflow administration and reporting to relevant external bodies and authorities.- As Accountant, you will provide support to the finance operation team in the preparation of full set of accounts and monthly accounts closing plus technical support on tax matters- Provide support in statutory audit and tax matters.- Budgeting and cashflow management.**Requirements**:- A significant experience, say 3-5 years in a similar financial portfolio role will be looked upon very favourably.- Excellent communication skills (English, BM and Chinese/Mandarin)- Well versed in accounting software system (in this case Noeti) will be ideal.**HOW TO APPLY**:
