Accountant (Immediate Hiring)

Possess Diploma or Degree in Accounting or any Financial course related.- Experience in accounting related minimum 1 year (salary will be determined by knowledge and experience- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English- Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven- Computer literate and numerate- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet targets.- Good written and verbal communication skills- Good attitude and responsible character- Able to blend with various types of people.- Possess driving license and own transport and willing to travel/outstation.- Flexible to work extra hours and attending job on odd hours/weekends.**Main role of this position**:- Enter data from daily work logs into the company's general ledger system.- Supporting supervisory and executive staff by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks- Keep a thorough record of all company charges, as well as any refunds that have been issued.- Assist senior account with any tasks conducted within the accounting department, or any tasks that require accounting personnel to take part.- Key in any documentsthat the accounting department is responsible for, including checks and invoices, as well as vouchers, accounting statements, and other reports and records- Match work orders to invoices.- Process invoices or bills so that they can be paid and audit the invoices based on purchase orders.- Handling in account receivable and payable transactions- Analyze, organize, and manage customer invoices.- Research and resolve customer problems related to billing and payment.- Verify and record business transactions.- Prepare and manage account statements.- Perform reconciliation of daily and monthly revenues.- Prepare financial reports, expense reports, revenue reports, and trial balance reports, etc for management.- Manage bank account deposits.- Manage check transactions and payments.- Manage accounting of bail money.- Assist in procurement, payroll, and budget preparation activities.- Participate in month end account closing activities.- Maintain confidentiality and security of bank accounts.**Benefits**- Annual Leave- Medical & Hospitalisation Leave- Compassionate Leaves- Medical (outpatient) coverage- Outstation Allowance- Mileage Claim**Additional Benefits**Training Provided, Performance Bonus, Annual Bonus, Company Trip**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusExpected Start Date: 04/29/2024
