**Responsibilities**:- Handle full set accounts and ensure timely month end closing- Prepare monthly management report (Profit Loss, Balance Sheets & etc)- Prepare monthly payment schedule & bank reconciliation- Administer and execute accounting journals, billings, posting, monthly reconciliation of debtor/creditor balances- Monitoring of cash flow available (Collections & Payments)- Payment preparations (Online Banking)- Manage fixed assets register and perform fixed asset sighting- Process staff claims and prepare transfer payment to local- Issue invoices & official receipts according to the charges- Update payment details by verifying documentation (supplier invoice, staff claims and etc.) in outstanding sheets- Prepare Inter-Company Billing, Fixed Assets Registrar, Accruals and Prepayments- Prepare stock value & movement records- Responsible for the annual year-end audit and ensure its timely completion and the filing of the audited financial statements- Review SST reports and returns for submission to customs- Liaise with bankers, company secretary, tax agent, external auditors and statutory bodies- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, as well as government and local authorities rules and regulations- Conduct regular audits on outlet closing stock, cash and voucher balance as well as cash handling in outlet and disbursements through outlet managers- Undertakes any other ad-hoc assignment as and when requiredJob requirements- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in accounting or equivalent experience- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (MS Excel, MS Word, Ms Power Point)- 1-3 years professional working experience- Excellent computing in Microsoft Office- Knowledge in SQL accounting software will be an advantage- Able to work under mínimal supervision and/or tight deadline while multitasking- Mobility in transport**Benefits**:- EPF- SOCSO- Annual Leave
