Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Accountant to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate Level Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making within the company.
Responsibilities:1. Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable.2. Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.3. Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for budgeting and forecasting purposes.4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.5. Assist with internal and external audits.6. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support decision-making processes.7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.3. Professional certification (e.g. CPA, ACCA) is preferred.4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.8. Driven and energetic personality traits.9. Soft skills in cooperation and emotional intelligence.
