You shall be responsible to oversee and manage the day-to-day **Group of** **Companies' finance and account.****JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Review the monthly financial report of the Group and provide guidance to the accounting team during the monthly financial closing process to ensure the book record complies with MFRS accounting standards.- To prepare of Group Consolidation Financial Statement.- To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting.- To prepare the Group's annual financial forecast and budget.- Liaise with external auditors, internal auditors, tax agents and company secretaries to ensure the Group complies with statutory requirements.- To prepare quarterly announcements and board papers for the Holding company of the Group.- Review and monitor the internal control process of the group and assist management in rectifying the weakness highlighted by the internal auditor from time to time basis.- Oversee the GST/SST/Tax related matter.- To perform any ad hoc work tasks assigned by Management from time to time.- A broad range of ad hoc projects.- Set up all the Standard of Operation (SOP) related to finance & account department**QUALIFICATION**- Preparation of monthly and year end financial statements reports for all sub-group consolidated accounts- Prepare group quarterly, year end consolidation, group forecasts and budgets- Part of team responsible for establishing, reviewing and updating of group accounting policies and procedures in line with changes in business requirements and relevant financial reporting standards- Ad hoc project work as require- Must have consolidation experience**EXPERIENCE**- Diploma or Degree in accounting, finance or equivalent. Holder of professional qualifications such as ACCA and LCCI are encouraged to apply- Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
