Accountant (Mnc Manufacturing) - Johor Bahru

**Key Responsibilities****Financial Record Maintenance**:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal entries.- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.**Financial Reporting**:- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.- Generate and distribute internal and external financial reports as needed.**Compliance and Auditing**:- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.**Budgeting and Forecasting**:- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.- Monitor budget-to-actual variances and provide analysis to management.**Collaboration and Communication**:- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management.- Communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.**Process Improvement**:- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of efficient and effective accounting processes.**Personal Skills**:- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.**Functional Skills**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- Proven experience as an accountant, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role.- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Accountant: 2 years (preferred)- Financial Maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
