Job Description:
MYEG Services Berhad is seeking a part-time Accountant to work from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our company and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions- Assist in budgeting and forecasting- Analyze financial data and report on financial performance- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management- Maintain confidentiality of financial information at all times
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance- CPA or equivalent certification preferred- 4+ years of experience in accounting- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel- Independent and motivated personality traits- Strong decision-making and emotional intelligence skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
