Accounting Executive

Support audit and corporate tax submmisions such as preparing audit and tax schedules for year-end finalization.- Knowledge in SQL Accounting software is a must- English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin speaking and writing skill- To perform daily accounting operations and data entry updating accounting records on timely basis- Reconciles the department's accounting activities to ensure accuracy and completeness- To ensure proper maintenance of records, document and filing to support all accounting entries- To prepare month-end reconciliations and analysis of general ledger account, expenses and development expenditure- Keep track / calculation of pay periods, wages, salaries, overtime, sick days and vacation days of employees- Liaise with HR department to ensure accurate information for payment- Perform any other duties as assigned- To Update LC/BA charges from time to time- To check monthly bank reconciliation and prepare relevant month end journal entries (including utilization of trade facilities, interest on bank borrowings, etc) with stipulated timeline**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
