Accounting Officer - Ap & Ar Executive

Responsibilities:- ALL Matters relating to AP & AR- Checking and verifying invoices- Collecting payments- Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues- Maintaining historical records- Resolve invoice discrepancies- Responding to vendor invoices- Reconciling bank statements- Preparing analysis of accounts- Prepare invoices and bills including intercompanies- Continuing to improve the payment process**Requirements**:- Diploma in Accounting or related field- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy- Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
