Maintain a proper filing/archiving for all documents/reports prepared- Record/validate non-material purchase invoices transaction into SQL system.- Assist/perform checking on staff claims against supporting documents and record thetransaction into SQL system.- Prepare credit reconciliation.- Assist /duty cover on AR function- Assist in update daily sales collection in cash book and SQL- Preparations of Payment vouchers/ invoices- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:- Knowledge in SQL system is an advantage- Proficient in MS Office- Able to work independently, meticulous and possess a positive attitude- Good command of language in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.**Education and Experience**:- Minimum Certificate / LCCI / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.- At least 1 year experience in related field.For an immediate interview please **WhatsApp **your Resume to +6018 383 6455**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
