Accounts Assistant/Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.- Utilize database to organize financial account information.- Handle account inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.- Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies.- Perform internal audits on financial activities as deemed necessary.- Provide support in accounts transactions, including checking, verification, and follow-up.**Requirement**:- At least one year of working experience in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.- Computer literate.- Excellent communication skills, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.- Knowledge of Autocount software is advantageous.- Immediate availability to commence work.- Monday to Friday 5 days work week, 8 am - 5 pm- 14 days Public Holiday- Performance Bonus- Working Location: Jalan Glasiar, Taman Tasek, Johor Bahru.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- What's your expected salary?**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 03/22/2024
