Accounts Assistant

General Summary:
Ensuring the smoothness and effectiveness of Group account in Finance Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Providing account and clerical assistance to the accounting department.
• Data entry and account transaction..
• Scanning and filing of documents
• Maintaining accounting documents and records.
• Other adhoc assignment.
Skills Required:
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Well organized ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with good organizational skills.
• Should be proficient with computers and should be conversant with the usage of Microsoft Excel, Word PowerPoint and Accounting software.
• Analytical, able to work independently and handle multi-tasking.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Fresh graduate encouraged to apply
