Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, preparing invoices, and processing transactions- Reconcile financial statements and ensure accuracy of financial data- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets- Maintain and update financial records and files- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements- Prepare and submit tax forms and other financial documents- Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal departments- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed**Qualifications**:- SPM/ Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred- Previous experience in accounting or finance roles preferred- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of basic accounting principles- At least 2 years experience in Accounting**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounts Assistant: 2 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)- Bahasa (required)Ability to Commute:- Seri Kembangan (required)Ability to Relocate:- Seri Kembangan: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
