Accounts Assistant

Full Time _Selangor_ October 20, 2023 - February 17, 2024 Accounting & Finance - General/Cost Accounting**Job Overview**:- **Salary **RM2,400 - RM2,800**Location**: _Kelana Jaya, Selangor_**Job Descriptions**:- Perform day-to-day accounting operation activities, functions, and update such as data entry accounting system and payment preparation.- Handle account payable to make sure all the documents is in order before the payment.- Conduct regular accounting reconciliation of vendor statements, resolve any discrepancies and follow-up on outstanding invoices.- Prepare payment voucher with relevant supporting documents attached.- Key in monthly staff claims.- Liaise with external auditor and tax agent.- Prepare debtor aging for credit control meeting.- Adherence to Accounting Standard Operating Procedures and Policies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standard.- Ensure proper accounting records and filing.- Assists in any other duties or ad-hoc task as and when required by the superior from time to time in its sole discretion, either verbally or in written instruction.**Job Requirements**:- Must possess at least SPM / STPM / LCCI / Diploma or equivalent.- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Able to work under tight timeline and multi-tasking.- Good interpersonal and communication skills.- Self-motivated, team player who is dynamic with mature personality, high integrity, confident and able to work with minimum supervision.- Good in time management, must prioritized tasks effectively and swiftly plan for changing workload needs.- Must have an eye for details and accuracy.**Others Information**:For those who have what it takes, please send in resume to:Recruitment Consultant : Yuki**Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect Sdn Bhd**No, 18, 2nd Floor, Jalan 14/14,46100 Petaling Jaya,SelangorTel : +603-7954 8440
