Accounts Associate

Job Summary:Accounts Associates OR Tax Associates are entry-level position that will assist in various book-keeping and accounting recordings (or Tax Accounting) for clients' companies.Duties/Responsibilities:- Assists customers/clients with book-keeping and accounting recordings.- Creates financial statements using a prescribed format in the accounting software.- Plans and completes other assigned segments of the book-keeping or other accounting tasks assigned by the seniors.- Collect all documentation necessary for accounting data entries and reporting.- Identifies any deficiencies within the accounting process and discuss with senior staff to resolve such deficiencies.- Accounting Reports.- OR Performs other tax related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:- Proficient in Accounting soflware is added advantages.- Understanding of generally accepted accounting documentation and procedures.- Ability to understand financial recordings.Education and Experience:- LCCI Certificate, Diploma (or equivalent) or Advanced Diploma in accounting preferred.
