Details of the offer

To perform day to day accounting operations- Working with spreadsheets and assist in preparation of variety financial reports.- Processing all documentation with invoicing/billings and payments. These include handling and processing all the invoices, payment vouchers, cheques, monthly payroll payment, staff expenses claims, utilities, debit notes, and credit notes with appropriate supporting materialand issuing receipts in an efficient, systematic, and timely manner.- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing.- Support external and internal audit requirements and facilitate both audit preparation and completion for company.- Ensure accurate payment transactions.- General office administration works.- Perform other duties assigned as and when required.**Requirements**:- Must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.- Minimum 1 years' experience in related field. Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.- Must be able to speak & write in Chinese (Mandarin), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office.- Proactive, meticulous, has a good sense of responsibility, and attention to details.- A motivated person with strong work ethics and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.- Malaysian citizen.- Willing to work in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Meal provided- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Senawang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 10/01/2023
