Accounting:
Update and maintaining accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transaction.Handle account receivable and account payable, prepare and process payment transaction.Update collection and generate sales and collection report.Reconciliation of debtors and creditors statement of accounts.Prepare customer statements, financial and management reports.Maintain proper documentation and filing to facilitate the audit process.Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary.
HR Administration Asst Executive reporting and processing of payroll, monthly statutory payment submission (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Tax).Develop necessary documents, handbooks, workflow, policies and process.Attend to queries with regards to staff leave, attendance, payroll, compensation, benefits.Manage petty cash and reimbursement to staff.Must be willing to take on any other ad-hoc duties by superior from time to time. Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent. Familiar with accounting and HR .Good knowledge of local employment laws and HR administration.At least 5 years of working experience in related field.Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office.Meticulous, systematic, responsible and able to work under minimum supervision.Possess valid driving license & own transport (preferably).Able to start work immediately (preferably).
