Accounts Executive - Fixed Asset

Full Time _Selangor_ January 18, 2024 - March 23, 2024 Accounting & Finance - Financial - General/Cost Accounting**Job Overview**:- **Salary **RM 4,500 - RM 6,000**Location**: _Mutiara Damansara, Selangor_**Job Descriptions**:**Fixed Asset Listing (FAL) Management**:- Populate the FAL with cost components.- Classify assets based on the internal Fixed Asset Framework.- Coordinate with operational units for documentation and fixed asset listings.**Reconciliation and Variance Analysis**:- Reconcile the FAL with the reporting in the Enterprise system.- Identify discrepancies and propose accounting adjustments.**Asset Classification and Depreciation**:- Review records of fixed assets.- Ensure proper classification and accurate assignment of useful life.- Prepare entries for creating, disposing of, writing off, or impairing assets.**Asset Verification**:- Populate the FAL for asset verification and tagging exercises.- Take a lead role in physical asset verification and tagging.- Reconcile discrepancies found during physical verification.- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, updating the FAL accordingly.**Audit Support**:- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor of accounting, preferably with professional certificates;- 3-4 years working experience in financial accounting reporting;- Advance user for Microsoft Excel; and Knowledge in SAP ERP system- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance.**Others Information**:For those who have what it takes, please send in resume to:Recruitment Consultant : Yuki**Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect Sdn Bhd**No, 18, 2nd Floor, Jalan 14/14,46100 Petaling Jaya,SelangorTel : +603-7954 8440
