**JOB DESCRIPTIONS****1.0** **Basic Function**Able to handle full sets of accounts and ensuring the timely closing of company's monthly accounts.**2.0** **Responsibility and Authority**2.1**Responsibilities**:i. Assist in preparing monthly management accounting statement, analysis and report.ii. To ensure bank reconciliation, journals and general functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner.iii. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.iv. Assist the Accountant / Finance Manager in handling and managing all aspect of finance and accounting matters.v. Assist in preparing audit schedules and tax schedules.vi. Manage daily accounting operations and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliation.vii. Ensure all documents are filled accordingly and assist in any ad hoc assignments as and when assigned by the management.2.2 Occasional**Responsibilities**:i.
