Details of the offer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Handle accounting functions ; full set accounts and any other related duties.2. To perform monthly bank reconciliation.3. Prepare monthly financial report.4. Ensure timely and accurate financial closing and compliance with local statutory requirements / accounting standards.5. To administer all documentations in relation to invoicing and receipt for both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.6. Liaise with auditors, company secretary, tax agent and relevant authorities on related issues.7. To ensure company's business licences, advertisement licenses are promptly renewed with the relevant authorities.8.. To ensure all annual assessments, bills and etc and paid timely and on schedule.9. Prepare EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB payment to the relevant authorities.10.Undertake any ad hoc assignments which maybe assiged by the Management.REQUIREMENTS1. Must possess at least a LCCI Diploma. Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or Degree in Accounting.2. Skills, hands on experience in SQL Accounting System or other account software.3. More than 3 years experience in handling full set of account preferably in automotive industry.4. Able to work independently.
