Our wide product range covers durable medical equipment to pain management, hypertension to diabetic care, aids for daily living to mobility products, wellness equipment to incontinence products, and many more.**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**- Ensures monthly financial statements are accurately prepared on a timely basis and adhere to accounting standard.- Pays invoices/ by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorisation of payment.- Maintains accounting ledgers and verifies accounts by reconciling account transactions.- Prepares and submits quarterly GST returns and monitors GST refunds.- Manage claim disbursement to ensure prompt claims submission, disbursement and tracking.- Ensure timely month-end closing activities and submission of financial, management and statutory reports, implementation and compliance.- Assists in cash management and banking matters.- Liaise with Auditor on audit matters, including preparation of audit schedules.- Undertake ad-hoc projects as required.**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**- Must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or equivalent.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate.- Required language; English.**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**Basic Salary ranging from RM3,000 - RM5,000 (Remuneration commensurate with relevant qualification and working experience)**WORKING HOUR**:Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm**WORKING LOCATION**:Jalan Delima, Penang**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
