Accounts Executive

Job Description Job/Tasks Description Responsible for maintaining full set of account and maintain proper records into SAP system on an accurate and timely manner.
Cash Management - Responsible in monitoring and ensure adequate petty cash including daily treasury function at Kerteh Plant.
Oversee Account Payable function and Other Receivables including invoicing customers and monitoring payment to suppliers.
Prepare Monthly closing and reconciliation report.
Liaise with auditors and assist in managing the audit process.
Work closely with Tax PIC i.e. dealing with Tax PIC's requests at Kerteh Plant.
Assist to prepare information required by Auditors, tax agent, company secretary and bankers.
Assist in ensuring timely and accurate monthly closing of accounts.
Assist in fixed asset management.
Undertake Ad hoc assignment as and when required by management.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
Experinces in Manufacturing industries is an added advantage
Other than Bachelor's Degree in Accounting no need to apply.
