To maintain full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & General Ledger- To maintain in the preparation of accurate and timely monthly Financial and Management Reporting.- Assist to handle all aspects of the financial accounting matters including days-to-days running of the Finance operations.- Managing the cash flow position, preparing monthly bank reconciliation and monthly cashflow forecast.- Performing Balance Sheet Reconciliation and account analysis.- Assist in annual audit and tax related matters.- Perform other ad hoc finance and accounting related assignment and when required by the management.- Supporting and collaborating with other departments.- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)- Proficient in accounting software - Xero, Zoho & IDB/Hotel system knowledge added advantage.- Possess positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Holidays- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
