Accounts Executive

**Job Description**:1. Attending to the accounting basic bookkeeping and banking matters of the firm.2. Preparing monthly aging reports and statements of account for clients.3. Attending to the physical filing for client's files & e-filling of accounting files4. Attending to the E-invoicing matters.5. Updating records of the client's expenses for reimbursement.**Qualifications and Requirements**:1. Computer literate. Must be able to use Microsoft Excel and Word.2. Able to work independently and under stress.3. Possess strong communication skills.4. Meticulous, hardworking and a team player.5. Required language(s): High proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia.6. Possessing LCCI or Diploma in Finance and Accounting qualifications would be an advantage.7. Familiarity with ABSS software is an added advantage.8. Basic accounting bookkeeping and familiar with Excel for internal records.9. Familiar with sales tax filling & Anti Money Laundering/Countering Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) matters.10. Prior working experience in a legal firm, handling administrative matters, attending to SST, banking and audit processes would be an added advantage.11.
